Count a task as more than one

Thank you for taskiq it’s an amazing project I’ve really been enjoying and recommending.

I’m using --max-async-tasks to limit the number of tasks to the amount of resources I have eg 1 task 1 CPU. However, I have to some tasks that use multiprocessing. Is it possible to dynamically set the “size” of a task so it takes up more of the max tasks or would you just do this via redis?

Currently it's not possible to surpass this limit once it was provided from CLI arguments. So, most probably implementing sync primitives using redis should work better.
