Some files throws CSP error in PDFViewer when changing the page from the pager input

Bug report

The PDfViewer throws CSP error when changing page. The issue is not observed with every file.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open the Dojo - https://dojo.telerik.com/SzXpLgEl
2. Download the file - https://www.arcep.fr/uploads/tx_gspublication/referentiel_general_ecoconception_des_services_numeriques_version_2024.pdf
3. Click on the 'Open' button in the PDFViewer and load the file
4. Click in the pager input and change the page to 20. (you may also need to scroll)

Current behavior

Error Refused to apply inline style because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "style-src 'self' https://kendo.cdn.telerik.com". appear in the browser console.

Expected/desired behavior

There should be no errors in the browser console.
