This applies to our opensource projects: check-tests, check-cucumber, reporter

When you finish a task it should be:

1. finished code
2. updated a corresponding issue (preferred editing a ticket body over comments)
3. published as beta version and tested
4. published запаблішено версію, asked to update to a corresponding version
5. updated Readme file
6. updated testomat.io docs by editing CHANGELOG file file and saving it
7. issue is closed
