support contracts in node registrar

we created node contract supporting only create/update/list for farms/twins/nodes

Describe the solution you'd like

we need to expand the registrar to support:

• Create Node contract
• Create Name contract
• Create Rent contract
• Update Node contract
• Get Node contract
• Get Name contract
• Get Rent contrac
• List contracts with filters like TwinID/NodeID/ContractType
• Set contract consumption
• Cancel Contract

We don't need to support batch contracts, that features was added because of the blockchain nature of tfchain, but right now in our case it's not needed.

this is blocked until we have clear view on how we should handle the contracts in the new grid
