Improved the UI of AutowareSimulation.unity.

Add features

  • Add fps UI
  • Display of vehicle speed and gear
  • Addition of scrolling view on the right side
    • Timescale slider
    • Vehicle keyboard control switching
    • Apply changes to the number of NPCVehicles and Seed values for traffic
    • Added follow camera UI. Eliminated the "C" toggle shortcut.
  • Open/Hide scrolling view
