I try on different sites. Local and not local also.
My local project work through docker and maybe this is problem with this extesion.

php artisan web-tinker:install solved it for me

My docker also. It is strange.
If I try run my project without using docker the php ext works fine, then without close the console,
I stop my old project and run the one with docker with same localhost:8000 it works :'D
