Add support for rotation of access keys #93

I would like to see rotation of access keys supported.

awsume profile-name --rotate-key

This should create a new access key pair and swap them out locally in credentials, then remove the old access key.

Looks like it would be fairly easy to grab some of the code from https://github.com/aws/aws-cli/pull/2710/files or https://github.com/loopingz/yaws to allow this to simplify the management of these keys. We currently have to rotate every 90 days but want to reduce that to 30 days.
