"Automatically rename attachment" option does not update link on iOS / iPadOS

On the latest version of Obsidian on iOS / iPadOS (1.8.10, which I think is a Catalyst version, but I can replicate on the latest public version), the "Automatically rename attachment" option does not work as expected when attaching an image, either from the clipboard or using the attachment button in the toolbar.

Specifically, I get a notification telling me that the file was renamed, and the file is actually renamed, but the link in the note is not updated to match the new link, which breaks it. I see the same issue when using "Automatically rename attachment" or when running the "Rearrange linked attachments" command. It's also working fine for me on desktop (macOS), which makes me think that this is not the same as #166.

I'm happy to provide any debugging information I can. I took a look at the developer console and didn't see anything.
