[Bug] - "Rearrange All Linked Attachments" does nothing unless Automatically rename attachment is enabled

"Rearrange All Linked Attachments" does nothing unless Automatically rename attachment is enabled. Test it new vault with only 1 folder, 1 file, and 1 attachment. Settings are below. When changing to automatic it works.
