Enhance UI/UX of Essential Medical Support Section on Home Page

The current layout of the Feature Section (Pharmacy, Maternity Care, Mental Health Services, Health Screening) needs improved readability, usability, and design. Renaming it to Essential Medical Support would better reflect the services offered.

Proposed Solution:
Spacing/Padding: Increase spacing and padding for clearer separation.
Visual Hierarchy: Differentiate titles from descriptions with varied fonts/sizes.
Icons: Add relevant icons for better navigation.
Hover Effects: Implement subtle hover effects for interactivity.
Alignment: Center text vertically for balance.
