Element Picker is missing on all pages

Prerequisites

• I verified that this is not a filter list issue. Report any issues with filter lists or broken website functionality in the uAssets issue tracker.
• This is NOT a YouTube, Facebook or Twitch report. These sites MUST be reported by clicking their respective links.
• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

Element Picker Icon is missing on all pages (And clicking the empty space does not do anything)

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

www.google.com
Also, it is web page agnostic.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Firefox 135.0.1
2. Click uBlock Origin extension icon on any page (Version 1.62.0)
3. Move mouse to where element picker should be.
4. Notice nothing is there.
5. Try Clicking anyways
6. Nothing Happens

Expected behavior

There should be an eyedropper icon that lets me block elements with far more accuracy and control than the element zapper.

Actual behavior

There is empty space between the element zapper and "Report an issue on this website"

Re-enable "My filters" in uBO settings.

You unchecked My filters in the 3rd-party filters pane in the dashboard.

There should be some other way for UBO to convey to the user to re-enable "[x] Enable my custom filters" to use the picker. Anyways thanks!
