Appstore Flatpak install: DBus error

using cosmic-silverblue:40 image

when trying to install a flatpak app, this error appears:

Failed to install APPNAME:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name is not activatable

Not sure if this is an issue that can be solved in this image

meanwhile using the appstore on Fedora Kinoite 40 it works normally, so this is some packaging issue
