Rotated bounding boxes

Hello!
Can this YOLO5 repo return as result a rotated bounding boxes (with an angle to exactly match detected object's shape e.g. box that is not always parallel to the frame's edges) ?
If not: what other repo perhaps could you plz suggest for this?
