Register UI Config Files

It seems Umbraco Commerce also implements RCL shipping the static assets like UI Config Files: https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-commerce/key-concepts/ui-config-files#example-cart-order-editor-config-file

Is there anywhere to find the default of these or just go with the example from the documentation?

Furthermore is is possible to set the configuration from .NET / C# or only via a JSON file?

Should the warning here also be removed from Umbraco Commerce demo store as these are shipped via static assets in RCL, so I guess it won't overwrite on upgrade anymore:
