UFM components for commerce specific property editors

Describe your idea

It'd be great to have some UFM components and filters we could use for the display of Umbraco Commerce specific property values within Umbraco CMS. Specifically, I'd like Price and Stock components perhaps with a filter for the Price one which allows me to specify a currency to display.

I've had a quick look at creating these myself, but it appears the node package @umbraco-commerce lacks a lot of the internal workings to make this easy.

Context

My use case is to be able to display the product price and current stock level in a collection view for products that is displayed on my Shop/Category nodes.

I believe the only reliable way to do this right now is to create my own Back Office controller and UFM components which call said controller for it to handle the logic.
