Explore possible options: EBS, EFS, AWS Mountpoints

Acceptance Criteria:
o Execution of a DAG workflow with multiple CWL tasks, where data is passed through a shared disk space

We verified that this feature works, using multiple DAGs. The ticket can be closed, although the PR cannot be merged yet because the DIND Docker container picked up a wrong feature while debugging, this will be fixed soon.
