This was a quick attempt at adding ntfy for getting notifications on Android/iOS (or just about anything).
After playing and testing with this I kind of realized why no one really is doing something that sends notifications out of the Obsidian app. If the app is not running, I'm not going to get a notification anyway. So perhaps the better implementation of this is to work with a service that let's you schedule notifications based on the reminder list. But that would get complicated with changes to any of the date/times of the reminders.
