[Bug]: Fix Navigation for Contact Us Link on Team Page

What happened?

I found that the "Contact Us" link on the Team page is currently not functioning. When clicked, it does not navigate to the Contact Us page, which can lead to confusion for users trying to reach out.

Proposed Solution:
Investigate the issue causing the "Contact Us" link to be non-functional.
Implement the necessary fixes to ensure that the link correctly navigates to the Contact Us page when clicked.
Test the link after implementation to confirm it works as expected.
