This is a proposition to help editors manage video thumnails. It's inspired from the Font folder.

Here is an exemple using .cover followed by a image file extension.

/media/my-video.webm
/media/my-video.cover.webp

During rendering, W will look for such files and automatically setup the poster attribute if non was set.

This idea is related to #478.
