🐛 Describe the bug

When the vllm-ascend 0.8.4rc1 version image was released, the VLLM_TAG in Dockerfile.openEuler was main and was not changed to v0.8.4.rc1.

vllm-ascend/Dockerfile.openEuler

Line 38 in 086423d

ARG VLLM_TAG=main

Therefore, if users want to use the image of vllm-ascend v0.8.4 based on openEuler, please use the image with tag v0.8.4rc2-openeuler or v0.8.5rc1-openeuler.
