If the first condition (temp.value > 60) is true, changes to height.value may not trigger the watchEffect callback.
If the first condition (height.value > 30) is true, changes to temp.value may not trigger the watchEffect callback.
​​When using && in the condition​​:
The issue does not occur; both temp and height changes correctly trigger the callback.
​​Behavior of watch​​:
The watch function works as expected, correctly triggering the callback for both temp and height changes regardless of their order or combination.
I suspect that this behavior might be a limitation or defect of watchEffect.

watchEffect在height达到40后，temp的变化就不触发watchEffect的回调函数了，但是height的变化还是会触发，猜测是因为 ||符号，&&不会出现这个问题

但是watch的监听是正常的，也不知道这个是不是watchEffect的缺陷，

This seems very similar to #12684. I think the answers provided there should explain what you're seeing.
