Isolated Web Apps extend the Web platform to expose APIs outside the normal security model of the Web.
At the moment, these APIs are only shipping in Chromium, with negative TAG feedback and a negative position from Mozilla, so their prospects of becoming interoperable browser APIs feels low, and thus including them in the browser category of web specs likely to lead to undesirable effects on consumers.
Instead, we could consider creating a dedicated category for these specs.
At the moment, it's not clear how much demand and need there is to integrate them in this catalogue in the first place.
