Describe the bug
When any TeX formula is entered into the input field in the sidebar, the Math Formula disappears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Insert a new Math Formula
Click on the square-root placeholder to select the formula
Enter any TeX formula in the "TeX" input field and click on the ⤶ icon.
