Home "Move To..." issues #438

Problem:

Via Manage > Home and Run > Files > Home, the "Move To..." modal raises a few questions.
The Data folder is displayed (greyed) when we will never move to Data
It's been an annoyance that I can't select a folder by browsing into it -- only by checking it.

Expected:

Data is not displayed
Move option is available for the current folder (i.e., based on browse, not checkbox)
