- Tom reviewed the previous actions
- Anna mentioned the metadata specs will now be annexes in the WIS2 Manual instead of chapters in the WIS2 Guide.
- the team explained the recent changes to the WTH to the NWP guests on the call
- Tom installed ETS(?) on all the example metadata records and those the ones that don't pass go into a failed folder;
- Anna explained the issues on WCMP2 that were added yesterday;
- Antje explained some the problems they discovered while updating DWD metadata records; including the use case where metadata records retrieved from the GB (and NOT GDC) will not have the correct access points to GBs.
- The next meeting was scheduled for 20 December.
- Tom: move example on services in the WCMP2 spec and add some text around it
- Tom: a user may receive metadata records from the GB and the links to the GB are added yet...
- Tom add station network referencing (https://github.com/wmo-im/wcmp2/issues/19) to the WCMP2 spec in a section
- Tom: add text for best practices on managing metadata in the WIS2 Guide and see if they are captured/referred to somewhere (e.g. Information Management section)
