How to compile a library?

Supposing I have a SampleLibrary.cs file like this:

namespace SampleLibrary

    public class Algebra
    {
        public double Addition(double x, double y)
        {
            return x + y;
        }
        public double Subtraction(double x, double y)
        {
            return x - y;
        }
        public double Multiplication(double x, double y)
        {
            return x * y;
        }
        public double Division(double x, double y)
        {
            return x / y;
        }
    }
}

I tried to compile with both the -module switch and without the -module switch. I found the generated Lua code to be the same.
