configure wpget wordpress repository

This is the explanation of WpGet configuration.

• config folders contains settings and configuration stuff * settings.php contains application settings * installation.lock. this file is create after installation. Cannot be removed.

• /web/ui/assets/settings.json this file contains settigns for UI and it is generated during install. do not change it manually.
