Describe the bug
When a media field is "locked" to a specific media folder, uploading a file via the "upload" button results in the file being uploaded to the top-level folder instead of the "locked" folder.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Navigate to a media field that is locked to a specific folder.
Click on the "upload" button to upload a new file.
Observe that the file is uploaded to the top-level folder, not the locked folder.
Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that for media fields locked to a specific folder, the "upload" button should automatically upload images to the locked folder.
