Add support for scanning MQTT hosts, including v3.1.1 and v5.0.
Scanning v3.1.1 by default. Use "--v5" flag to scan v5.0.
Use "--tls" for TLS connection.
Tested both versions locally with an Eclipse Mosquitto server, with and without TLS.
